Our Fishcakes

We take great pride in producing our own fishcakes. Most chip shops use frozen fishcakes but we thought we could do better ourselves.

Made with the basic ingredients of cod, potato and fresh chive and parsley and presented in breadcrumbs, they are delicious and a major seller in our shop.

we get a lovely fishcake mix. Add the breadcrumbs and there you have it. Beautiful with tartare sauce.
